You need 18points

You get one point when u have a 21% under u for a month.  E. G this April u have one 21% that is one point... In May the person does 21% again, making TWO points..

Each month u have a 21% under u is one point.

So u need two people under u to be on 21% for 9months which would give u 18points...

Or u start with one split out this month which is one 21% and if the person runs it till March next year it is just 12points... However u can start with one and as time goes on another person SHOULD do 21% for six months which gives u an additional 6points plus the 12 making 18points

Or u do 2 split out (21%) from now till March and u would have 24points which is more than enough.

Qualification has started  APRIL 2017 TO MARCH 2018
