The central bank of Nigeria has come out to warn  the general public and customers of banks to be aware of them,demanding personal information s from them.The apex bank in a statement through its cooperate communication department Mr lsaac okorafor.The message its to lure unsuspecting bank user ,and also giving the pin of their ATM cards.
