A WOMAN who was branded a “money” by vicious bullies because of her facial tumour has achieved the best possible revenge over her haters Marimar Quiora was born with a condition which means she cannot speak, eat or breathe normally and she was left ashamed as cruel people would hurl abuse at her in the streets. But despite the tough start in life, the 21-year-old has now got the ultimate revenge over vile bullies as she has become an online sensation with her makeup tutorials on Youtube. The brave woman said: “I have encountered negative people both on YouTube and out in my daily life. “People tell me I look like a monkey, that my mouth is wrong and people stare at me, I see them staring. “When people say negative things to me I either tell them to stop or just ignore them. But if people are staring at me, I stare right back and refuse to look away until they stop." After coming to terms with the facial tumour called cystic hygroma, s...

Letting it go...

This is a sponsored post. Forgive the person you hate the most.  This is your intention for our class together tonight.” Wait, what?  Why would I want to begin a yoga class with this intention?  Did I really need to be reminiscing about a time in my life that I really wanted to forget? After hearing these words, I selfishly began to question my yoga instructor and her motives behind making me do such a seemingly tortuous task.  My ego was not comfortable with this.  This was my time!  This was a place to be blissful and connected to my inner peace. I sat, confused, and I took a deep breath.  Several deep breaths.  Hate seemed like such a powerful and intense word, but I focused within.  For the first several minutes of class, my mind was a projection screen of unpleasant memories, emotions and feelings. As I moved through upward and then downward dog positions, I continued to hear her words, “Inhale love.  Exhale hate....

Tomorrow will worry About itself.

Image
One of my favorite bible verses is Matthew 6:34 (NIV) “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” I love this verse because no matter who you are or what you are going through you just have to nod in agreement. It’s that crystal clear.  There is no point in worrying today because there is so much more to come and our worry will only make things worse. I used to be a top notch worrier. I would worry about everything to the point that it would make me physically sick. Here’s the kicker though, the majority, if not  everything  I worried about were things which I had zero control over. I suppose that’s what worry is all about. Once I grasped the concept of Matthew 6:34 and used it with Psalms 55:22 (NIV), “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken,”  I was freed from my shackles of worry. I had ...

8 years Old Cancer Stricken Boy Find Love of his Life.

Image
David Spisak Jr., the 8-year-old with cancer who found the love of his life, has died. "There's never been a morning with such sadness as today and no words will do it justice but I'll try," David's mother Amber Spisak wrote on Facebook yesterday. "Our little man's last moments were laying with his mommy and daddy in the middle of the night, with a house full of family, friends and loved ones after days of being surrounded by love. This day was supposed to come about 9-10 months ago but David just wasn't done living yet so he made his own timeline and defied the rules." She continued: "I'm not ready to say things happen for a reason or a message of rainbows and sunshine just yet, but our baby boy was a fighter, a beautiful soul, a force to be reckoned with and of all the things, he is most definitely a hero. Rest easy sweet boy, you fought an unfair fight with the strength of a thousand soldiers that I could've never done...but yo...
