LASTMA Towed a Lagbus filled with 48 Passengers.

According to a man named Sunday Kehinde, Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority towed a Lag Bus filled with 48 passengers from Berger to Oshodi. He alleges that it was because the driver allowed a passenger to drop at Berger. 

When the officials seized the bus, they were not allowed to disembark until they got to Oshodi.
